General Information
Arc Air Support is a licensed installation and maintenance provider of air purification systems. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, services, and website usage.

Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Arc Air Support reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Shipping
We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle and deliver your purchases.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination:

• Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days (UK & Ireland only)
• Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (UK & Ireland only)
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or courier disruptions. Orders placed after 3pm (GMT) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Certain products may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items and packaging. If your order is delayed or lost, please notify us at hello@arcairsupport.com, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Returns
We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their order. We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
• Proof of purchase in the form of an order confirmation is required.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used air filters and other consumables.
• Damaged items caused by misuse, improper handling, or neglect.

To initiate a return, email our customer support team at hello@arcairsupport.com. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or further instructions. Ensure that the item is packaged securely and send it back using the provided instructions.

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and must comply with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Arc Air Support or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
Arc Air Support is not liable for: any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services; Delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, courier issues).
